(See English article below) Ft. Lauderdale.- Mañana se llevará a cabo la inauguración del nuevo grupo de jóvenes profesionales llamado la “Sociedad Y” (Y society, en inglés).

Se invita a nuevos miembros a unirse a este grupo que se enfocará en fortalecer la comunidad e YMCA de este condado por medio de eventos cívicos. La sociedad está abierta a personas entusiastas, profesionales de menores de 40 años que están afiliados con YMCA del condado de Broward.

Los eventos de networking estarán dirigidos a servicios comunitarios y la membresía tiene un costo de $40 dólares.

“El condado de Broward está compuesto por una comunidad vibrante que debió hace mucho tiempo unir al talento local para avanzar en la misión de una de sus organizaciones más antiguas de ayuda a los jóvenes que existen: YMCA”, dijo Jacqueline Howe, una de las voluntarias de la junta de YMCA. “Estamos buscando utilizar la energía y el entusiasmo de los miembros de la nueva “Sociedad Y” para que sea un catalizador del impacto y sentido de responsabilidad de nuestros líderes futuros”, añadió.

Inaugural Y Society Event at Las Olas Hot Spot

Group Focused on Breathing New Life into Local Non Profit Mission to Meet Thursday, November 29^th 5:30pm at Vibe 

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL, – On Thursday, November 29^th from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, a newly formed group of Broward’s top young professionals will host the Y Society inaugural event at Vibe, 301 E. Las Olas Blvd.  Vibe is a popular night life hotspot located in heart of Las Olas.

New members are invited to join the Y Society, a driven group of young professionals, who are focused on strengthening the foundations of the Broward community by combining networking events with a directed focus on community service.
