Arc Broward Now Accepting Applications for Contestants and Teen Ambassadors for the 2025 Miss Arc Broward Pageant

Arc Broward is excited to announce that applications for contestants and teen ambassadors for the 12th Annual Miss Arc Broward Pageant are now open. This inspiring event, designed for young women ages 6 to 17 with disabilities, is scheduled for Sunday, May 18, 2025, at 2 p.m. at The Parker in Fort Lauderdale.

“We are thrilled to open applications for the 2025 Miss Arc Broward Pageant and welcome a new group of inspiring young women and teen ambassadors,” said Julie Price, CEO of Arc Broward. “This event is so much more than a pageant; it’s a celebration of confidence, inclusion and empowerment. Each year, we witness incredible growth and the friendships that form, and we’re excited to offer yet another opportunity for participants to shine and show the community the limitless potential of individuals with disabilities.”

The Miss Arc Broward Pageant aims to inspire and uplift young women with disabilities by offering a supportive environment and opportunities to build self-esteem and create lasting friendships. Participation is completely free, and contestants enjoy a wide range of benefits, including an inclusive atmosphere, confidence-building exercises, friendship-enhancing activities, professional headshots, swag bags, and exciting prizes. Most importantly, they get to showcase their talents and abilities on stage in front of a live audience for an unforgettable and life-changing experience.

In addition to recruiting contestants, Arc Broward is also seeking teen ambassadors who will serve as mentors and advocates. Ambassadors play a key role in supporting contestants as they prepare for the pageant, assist with event-day activities and help promote the mission of the Miss Arc Broward Pageant: fostering confidence, self-expression, and community inclusion for young women with disabilities.
