This summer, Arc Culinary’s Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen is dishing out a sizzling lineup of unique dining experiences. During the month of June, guests can savor unforgettable culinary events, from classic comfort foods with a twist to a vibrant Latin-inspired feast. Ticket sales from every Chef Experience Dinner support Arc Broward’s mission of providing opportunities for children and adults with disabilities and other life challenges to realize their full potential.
Experience an indulgent celebration where familiar comfort meets culinary adventure between two perfectly crafted buns at Burger Bash on Saturday, June 14, at 7 p.m. The four-course menu features the alt burger, a veggie burger made with rice, black beans and garbanzo beans with truffled mayo, bibb lettuce, spicy Arc-made pickles, and heirloom tomatoes; an onion burger, made with a tasty blend of beef brisket and pork shoulder, caramelized red and sweet yellow onions, sweet plantains, gruyere cheese and black garlic aioli served on a Mallorca bun (Puerto Rican style bread); a sushi burger made with sushi grade salmon sashimi, sticky sushi rice, seaweed salad, spicy mayo and nori all breaded in panko and fried crispy, finished with an eel sauce glaze and fried wontons; and a decadent dessert.
Take part in an authentic journey through Latin America’s vibrant street food scene, where bold flavors and time-honored traditions come alive with every bite at Latin Street Food on Thursday, June 26 at 7 p.m. The four-course menu will include tripleta with beef, chicken and pork marinated in an oregano mojo criollo, sauteed with sofrito and annatto seed oil, sliced cabbage, tomato and a delicate pink sauce all served in a pan sobao roll; carne asada taco featuring fresh corn tortillas, carne asada (filet mignon), red pickled onions, cilantro and salsa verde; Venezuelan gluten free arepa, stuffed with pulled pork, pickled red cabbage, avocado, black beans and cilantro aioli; and a mouthwatering dessert.
Tickets for Burger Bash and Latin Street Food experience dinners are $99 for the chef’s table or $89 for communal seating, including gratuity and alcoholic beverages.
Arc Culinary’s Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen offers a blend of mid-century classic and modern elegance, featuring a Chef’s Table, refined décor and an outdoor patio. Beyond Chef Experiences, the catering venue hosts private cooking classes, corporate meetings and events, bridal and baby showers, rehearsal dinners, small weddings and more for seated guests up to 49 and buffet or cocktail-style events up to 125 guests and provides full-service off-site catering. Arc Culinary and Arc Educates are revenue-generating social enterprises of Arc Broward that directly support programming for 1,200 children and adults with disabilities.
