Kiddos Magazine, South Florida’s parenting magazine, in partnership with Coral Gables Woman’s Club are giving kids’ in our community a good start as the new 2020/21 school year begins. The drive-thru event will take place on Saturday, August 29th.
The first 100 students will receive a tote bag with school supplies. The event is first come, first served and students must be present in the vehicle to receive the supplies. Limited to two bags per family.
In an effort to make this a socially distanced and safe event, guests must wear masks and stay in their vehicles at all times. Both organization’s staff will assist every car placing the supplies in each vehicle trunk.
As part of the 7th-Anniversary celebrations, this is Kiddos Magazine’s second Back to School Drive-Thru, earlier in August hosted the first event at Pinecrest Gardens Farmers Market, events made possible through partnerships with Todo Kids Party, Dade County Federal Credit Union, FDOT District Six, Miami Homework Help, UHealth Jackson Urgent Care, The Pencil Grip, OneBlood, Miggy’s Gift, Study Buddies of Miami, Author Sheila Jackson. Entertainment by DJ Musynk and Fairytales Favorites.
