  • Lychee ceviche (Vegetarian) with Leche de tigre, chive oil, sweet potato, Peruvian corn and cilantro
  • Salmon tataki featuring Seared salmon, spicy mango salsa, crispy filo and cilantro
  • BBQ Chicken Karaage with Seasoned butter milk marinade, Nikkei rub, rocoto chili, lime juice, cilantro, jalapeño

 

Mains:

Choice of one 

 

  • Vegetable tempura (Vegan) featuring Shishito and red peppers, cauliflower, shiitake mushroom
  • Ebi tempura roll, Crispy shrimp, mango unagi salsa
  • Asado de tira – Slow cooked BBQ beef, purple potato purée, teriyaki jus, chives

  • Chocolate brownie – Mango chilli, lime sorbet, mixed berry coulis
  • Strawberry garden – sweet crema, white soil, wild strawberry granita, mixed herb
